Specializing in handcrafted sandwiches, Sandwich Apprentice started in 2020 as a catering company prepping food out of a commercial kitchen.   Quality from scratch organic ingredients, creativity, love and some serious sandwich architecture culminate in a mouth watering experience. Alex, or Lefty, as he likes to be called, simply adores everything food.

Every Wednesday at Chupacabra Taproom in Mesa.

Meat between bread and veggies between bread. Everything is made in-house and sourced locally. We also offer a variety of other goods such as cookies, focaccia, charcuterie cones and home made chips.
